[Bug] Anthropic API Error: OAuth token expiration not handled, requires manual /login restart

Bug Description
I keep getting the following error over and over. I have to start a new session. In addition, I keep getting compacting errors and have to start a new session. I like the claude desktop. When this issue happens I need to start a new session.
