[Bug] API Error: Connection closed mid-response requires manual restart

Question

**Bug Description**
Processing of work stops frequently due to "API Error: Connection closed mid-response".  The claude-code client should be able to restart it's processing when this happens.  It shouldn't require manual interaction.
