What's Wrong?

When I select the drop-down menu for the title of a current (and most recent) chat in Claude Code, select "Rename", rename the chat, and save, it does not actually save.

What Should Happen?

The application (Claude app for Mac Sequoia 15.6.1 (24G90)) should rename the chat if one goes through the interface process to do so.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Select a chat in Claude Code.
2. Click the title of the chat at the top of the window above the chat itself, not in the left bar.
3. From the dropdown menu, select "Rename".
4. Rename the chat.
5. Click save.

I tested this in Opus 4.5 and Sonnet 4.5 and it didn't work in either instance.
