[Bug] Excessive screen flickering and auto-scrolling during code edits impairs readability

Bug Description
During claude code edits, the screen gets flickering too much, even while claude code is stand still thinking still the screen gets flickering which makes it very hard to review the changes done and I have to wait until it finish. In addition scrolling the window is very hard during claude code outputing text, it moves by itself to different locations when new text is outputed and in many cases it scrool to top of screen directly. I hope you can fix this and allow simple scroll using arrow keys and page up and page down, that will be helpfull to follow up with it while it is doing changes so I can interact if any thing is required.
