[Bug] Auto-Compact fails when context shared with sub-agents reaches 0%

Bug Description
terdapat bugs auto compact tidak berjalan karena context yang digunakan bersama sub-agent, sehingga context sudah 0% saat auto compact ke trigger muncul error auto compact failed atau sejenisnya
