[Feature Request] Invert usage bar visualization to match Web UI and prioritize spent capacity display

Question

**Issue Description**
Showing of the usage in claude code is misleading. It shows remaining capacity in yellow from left to right and only on the very right side is actually the spent capacity in white. The graphical perception is the exact opposite of how it is in Web UI. Can you invert the visuals and information to spent capacity? Yellow shows 2% spent and white shows 98% remaining. Text would inform about spent not remaining. Or at least make both interfaces the same.
