[Feature Request] Debounce Claude modal prompting to prioritize user input

Bug Description
rude interuptions -- debounce the claude modal prompting ALWAYS, and take backseat to hearing out what the user was saying. play a tiny notification flash/audio blip if claude really can't hold it in, but take no liberties with the control of the input

I think a second-best option would be to enable capture of that input while introducing the modal content and encapsulating the prior prompt as the "Other option" implicitly, this has judo.
