[Feature Request] Prevent plan text dimming when acceptance dialog is displayed

Bug Description
The VS Code extension shows me Claude's plan, but the text is dimmed because there's a popup asking me if I accept the plan or not. It would be smart to not dim that text if the user is trying to read it.
