[FEATURE] Accessibility request increase delay for accepting CTRL+C twice

Problem Statement

The delay interval between having to hit ctrl+c twice is very short that it makes hard to close the program that way. This is difficult when either speaking or using devices like mobile or other accessibility items that make typing and multi commands sometimes slower.

Proposed Solution

Can the delay interval be increased?

Alternative Solutions

Alternatively can it be a configurable parameter somewhere so I can have it wait X milliseconds to be able to accept hitting CTRL+C twice
