[BUG] iterm2 notification spam

What's Wrong?

Since the new update I am constantly getting spammed with notifications

It seems that after every tools use, I get a notification, not only when manual user input is required.

What Should Happen?

I only should get notification when manual user input is required or a task is completed.

This was a simple prompt I executed

I need to test something. Just make some tool usages without doing anything. It is about the mac notifications from claude code and iterm2
