[BUG] SEVERE scroll glitch with Claude Code in cursor

What's Wrong?
When the agent is generating ANYTHING, it seemingly rapidly scrolls to the top and bottom and it looks incredibly wonky. THere's no way to describe it other than in the video I sent. It happens anytime you click enter on an agent action and it usually stops after a few seconds. If it glitches for long enough my entire Cursor crashes.

What Should Happen?
It should literally just retain the viewpoint on the bottom of the screen and not give me a seizure.

Steps to Reproduce
- open cursor
- open claude code as a terminal in cursor
- start chatting until the viewport in the terminal is longer so you can't scroll long enough to the time
- the error should start occurring
