[Bug] Incorrect Opus model usage reporting at 100% despite no actual usage

Bug Description
its showing my opus usage is 100% and I'm about to consume usage for this week. But I haven't even used opus model at all. From last few days I haven't even used claude code, I was using google antigravity for last few days.
