[BUG] API Error: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading map)

What's Wrong?

I am trying to use Claude code in my project folder path and it keeps on giving this.

Previously, after some prolonged periods of use, it will eventually trigger this and all I had to do was to start a new Claude code session by quitting and starting Claude, throwing all my previous context away which is fine with me.

Now, the issue is “locked” to this folder path, and no matter what I do it returns the error.

I don’t know why this happens, and I need a way to fix this. Please provide the workaround for this seemingly generic error to fix it. I have no issues on other paths.

What Should Happen?

There should NEVER EVER be an api error of undefined reading map.
