**Bug Description** 1. Claude Code on the Web tries to use the `gh` command to interact with GitHub and is blocked and denied. It then has to be reminded that it can use `curl` with the provided GitHub PAT. This happens literally every time. 2. CCWeb SHOULD have the `gh` command available!
