[BUG] Bash command screen repeatedly opening and closing as Claude updates code.

What's Wrong?

When Claude Code starts searching or updating code base, the bash commands open a Command prompt window, execute, and close the window. This happens several times per comment as the commands are executing.

What Should Happen?

Bash should run silent mode.

2. Ask Claude Code to change content.
3. Observe bash opening and closing a screen.
