[BUG] Screen "glitches" until I hit up or down arrow in recent updates when it is asking for approval

• Claude CLI version: 0.2.64 (Claude Code)
• Operating System: Windows 11, WSL - Ubuntu

Bug Description

Screen "glitches" until I hit up or down arrow in recent updates when it is asking for approval

Steps to Reproduce

1. Give commands until some scroll length is established.
2. Do not set to auto accept
3. The screen will glitch and not display the section it should until up or down arrow is pressed.

Expected Behavior

It to display the file it is editing with its contents and the options.

Actual Behavior

The scroll text seems to break.
