[Bug] Inconsistent token usage values between `/usage` and `/extra-usage` endpoints

Bug Description
I saw inconsistent value from /usage and /extra-usage the progress bar is confusing and opposite each other. I think it is better to choose used instead of left. It makes me not comfortable using the Opus.
