[BUG] Pressing shift-enter should add a newline, not submit the query

If I want to type out a multi-line query in any tool, I usually press shift-enter, to add a newline. While pressing enter will submit a form, pressing shift-enter will add a newline to the input, in most applications.

But in claude-code, pressing shift-enter submits the query. Can this be changed to be more consistent with other applications, and enable multi-line entry?
