[FEATURE] VSCode extension - warning about approaching session/week limit

Problem Statement

I regularly hit "Session limit reached ∙ resets 8pm" situation when working with VSCode extension and it always takes me by surprise.

Proposed Solution

It would be nice to know it in advance and be able to plan the work accordingly. I think the CLI has this kind of warning.
