[Bug] Claude repeatedly re-solves same problem and loses context

Bug Description
Claude has continually misled and misreasoned its way through problem after problem tonight. It repeatedly "solved" and then "discovered it hadn't really solved" the exact same problem several times in a row, and now can't keep track of the simplest context that it usually maintains without effort.\
I don't know what's actually going on. I don't care. It's not working.
