What's Wrong?

[BUG] -Claude Code Web - error: Claude Code execution failed...in after sometime while working, seeing error Claude Code execution failed...
It is happening most of the time.
I expected to have stable environment to run multiple instances in the web. But it is not. I had so many failuires and I try to restart , restarted still shows the error. I is not stable run. I expected to run smoothly. It failed so many times. Please check and fix.
