[Bug] `claude --resume` hangs after displaying chat list, input unresponsive

Bug Description
When i type in claude --resume, Claude Code shows a list of the recent chats but after that the terminal goes into a locked/hanged state, i cannot use the arrow keys to navigate between the options. i cannot esc or ctrl+c out of it, the only way to get out is to kill the terminal.
