Unresponsive Task Execution: Agent Hangs Without Error Message

Bug Description
Claude is not finished with its task, but it is just silently pausing. I even rebooting. but same thing....

Sometimes it would take one more step and my prompting, but then hang silently.
(still allowing me to type input, and even submit this report, but just not completing the task.)
