[Feature Request] Plugin management UI improvement: multi-select scrolling and add per-project plugin enable/disable toggle
Bug Description
Plugin management in Claude Code needs UX improvements. With many plugins installed, selecting plugins is frustrating: after toggling a plugin with the spacebar, the interface jumps to the bottom, forcing the user to scroll back up repeatedly. This becomes unmanageable at scale.
Additionally, there is no option to temporarily disable plugins. Many workflows require keeping certain plugins installed but turning them off for specific projects.
A clear example is the Claude Code plugin marketplace in the https://github.com/wshobson/agents repository, which includes 70+ plugins. Try adding plugins from this repo—you’ll see how cumbersome the process becomes.
In short:
Fix the scrolling behavior when selecting plugins.
Add the ability to disable/enable plugins per project without uninstalling them.
