What's Wrong?

after a new vs claude terminal session has been open a while when I start typing the sceen starts scolling down for each character upon hitting entry the thinking response repeats for every character

What Should Happen?

claude doesn't create new lines or duplicates response

open visual studio 1.105.1 in windows 11
add terminal
open claude : Sonnet 4.5 * Claude Pro

start working on project
add new terminal window
run project work
return to claude window
problem starts
close new terminal window
problem stops
