[BUG] Arrow Keys and Tab do not work when running Claude in VS Code and using the claude --resume command

What's Wrong?

Can not use arrow keys or tab key to pick from list of previous sessions on my windows computer using claude code

What Should Happen?

I should be able to tab or arrow down to previous sessions and continue working

Steps to Reproduce

Open VS Code
Click Terminal and New
Command Prompt, Bash or Power shell all same results
Type claude --resume
then try to pick item from list and can not navigate
