Session shouldn't crash and I should see my session as part of my history

Steps to Reproduce

I still have an old session that is spinning nonstop, and I couldn't delete it; maybe this is the cause of the problem.
Maybe it will be reproduced after some time. I have worked for half of the day and worked well, until the crash.
I tried to start a new chat, and the old one is not saved, so 100% reproducible
