[BUG] Claude - rate exceeded cannot login on Claude Pro

What's Wrong?
I was using Claude Pro the other day and had maybe a four paragraph conversation and I was locked out until a specific time due to rate exceeded it was a new chat so that made no sense. Then today I tried to login and I am completely locked out I get a html page that says rate exceeded in top left corner and can't go any further. This is a paid subscription and I have lost four days now on it. How do I determine if im on the latest version I think that's only for enterprise right?
What Should Happen?
I should be able to login and work freely there's no way for the past three conversations I should have been timed out for message limits I don't come close comparing to when I first started using claude several months ago. I want this past month credited to me for next month to be free because I have been dealing with this for the past three weeks but today was different now I can't even pull up login
