[Bug] Model version mismatch: Sonnet 4.5 (20250929) reports January 2025 knowledge cutoff. Advertised cutoff is July 2025

Bug Description
how could your model have a knowledge cutoff of jan 2025 but be sonnet-4-5-20250929? as a paying customer who has felt like the quality of claude code has plummeted recently this is extremely worrisome.
