[Bug] Claude 3.5 Haiku API knowledge cutoff misalignment with advertised specifications

**Bug Description**
The API version of 4.5 Haiku does not have the same training data or knowledge cut off that is advertised for this model:\

> What's your knowledge cut-off training date?

⏺ My knowledge cutoff is April 2024. I was trained on data up to that date, so I may not have information about events or developments that occurred after April 2024.\
\
While the model is good, this significant limit on data cut-off makes it totally inadequate for newer programming languages.
