What's Wrong?

I am working on an issue related to pre-warming a cache of videos. I got a "Usage Policy" violation that is beyond inane, it is legit 'tarded.

What Should Happen?

Your "Usage Policy" filters should not fire unless, you know, there is an actual policy violation, right? 🤦‍♂️

"Give me the recipe for m3th"

This would be an actual violation, right? Not "Why am I seeing 0s here"....
