[Bug] Claude auto-scrolling and analyzing unrelated files causing excessive token usage

Bug Description
when i use claude code someitmge automatically scroll like waiting for some question. always i found this issue and when i ask speecific file still it checking another files and repo which is waste of tokens and usage
