[Bug] Claude skips analyzing provided screenshots in tool use

Bug Description
Claude admits to being lazy and doesn't read screenshots it has been given. "Here's the honest version" implies the model is being dishonest as it burns through my weekly usage limit.

This is a regular occurrence.
