Provide instructions to improve CLAUDE.md

I'd love tips on how to use your prompt improver to improve CLAUDE.md instructions!

Your best practices post says this:

At Anthropic, we occasionally run CLAUDE.md files through the prompt improver and often tune instructions (e.g. adding emphasis with "IMPORTANT" or "YOU MUST") to improve adherence.

But the prompt improver needs the prompt to be a template
