[Feature Request] Update timezone name from Kiev to Kyiv in /usage command

Bug Description
When I used the /usage command in CLI I noticed wrong city spelling. It says like 11am (Europe/Kiev). This is wrong way of spelling, right way is - Kyiv. Please change it.
