[Bug] Model generates unrequested outputs and fails to create requested content

Bug Description
the assisntance get every information what needed do the task but this trash mess up everything and creating things what not requested and not creating what requested. This model the most trash AI model i see everywhere.

THe AI assistance very bad. Cannot remember parameters in python he created 10 minutes ago and use different parameter. Clearly requested frontend structure just avoid and working own self. Clearly requested delete old code but kepp the old code and mess up with the new. With Max subscription its incredible bad experience!
