[Bug] C-g editor integration with Helix causes frozen interface, Escape/:wq unresponsive

Bug Description
The C-g (open editor) is broken with Helix. It opens Helix alright, but the interface is glitchy and I cannot go outside of it. Should be possible with escape and then :wq or something.
