[Bug] Context, usage, and /bug parameters not functioning

Bug Description
Context, usage, and bug submitting don't work at all. I know that Claude Code is the best vibecoded project of all time but sister,,,,,, sometimes you gotta write software like this from scratch and do it in a structured way. The amount of bugs that have surfaced lately is crazy. There have been 27 releases since Claude Code 2.0 like less than a month ago.......
