[BUG] VS Code extension: a mod's AbovePrompt band covers the `/` and `@` menus

What's Wrong?

A mod's AbovePrompt band (here, a status line) is drawn on top of the prompt's typeahead menus and hides their rows.

A mod cannot step aside: AbovePrompt props carry no menu-open flag, and the VS Code prompt box raises no prompt.edit / prompt.change.

What Should Happen?

The menu draws above the band, or the band hides while a menu is open.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Save the mod below to band-overlap/.
2. Add "CLAUDE_CODE_PLUGIN_DIRS": "/path/to/band-overlap" to the env block of ~/.claude/settings.json.
3. Open a new session in the VS Code extension and type / or @.
