[FEATURE] Desktop sidebar: nested custom sections + pin within a section

Today: I can create single-level custom sections and move sessions into them. When I pin a session, it moves out to the global Pinned section. Inside a section, sessions re-sort by activity, so my key session keeps moving.
Request:
- Nested sections (two levels): for example Retool > Customer Management > sessions.
- Pin within a section: a pinned session stays in its section, at the top, instead of moving to the global Pinned list.
- (Nice to have) an option to keep a section's order fixed rather than sorted by activity.
Why: I run many long-lived remote-control sessions grouped by workstream. Without nesting and per-section pins, the sidebar keeps reshuffling and I lose track of the main session for each workstream.
