German localization for the VS Code extension UI (permission dialogs, prompts)

Problem
The Claude Code VS Code extension has no localization. Even with VS Code set to German (German language pack installed) and "language": "german" in settings.json, the extension's built-in UI strings stay in English, e.g. permission dialogs ("Do you want to make this edit?", "Yes / No / Allow all edits"), tool prompts and status messages.

Impact
For German-speaking users this makes permission decisions hard to understand, which is a safety concern when approving file edits or commands.

Expected
Fixed UI strings of the extension follow the VS Code display language (or the language setting), starting with German.
