[DOCS] Desktop changelog page removed: /docs/en/desktop-changelog now shows the Desktop application reference

Summary
https://code.claude.com/docs/en/desktop-changelog no longer contains a changelog. The URL now serves the "Desktop application" reference page for the Code tab, which has no version entries. The documentation index (https://code.claude.com/docs/llms.txt) no longer lists a Desktop changelog page.

Previous behaviour
Search engine copies of the same URL show a "Desktop changelog" page that listed Claude Code-specific changes in the Desktop app by version and date. The latest indexed entry was 1.7196.0, May 12, 2026.

Impact
There is now no official, versioned record of Desktop app changes. The Claude Code changelog mentions the Desktop Code tab only incidentally, and the Help Center release notes do not list Desktop builds.

Request
Restore a Desktop changelog, or redirect the old URL to its replacement. If it was retired deliberately, please state where Desktop changes are now recorded.
