UI changes ship without guidance, so even Claude can't answer how to use them

After a recent desktop app update, the Code tab showed a new right-side panel (Environment / Context / Changes cards) that took a lot of space on my small screen. I couldn't find how to hide it:
- The release notes for 2.37337.1 didn't mention the panel or its toggle.
- There's no setting for it, and nothing in the docs or help.
- Asking Claude inside the app didn't help either: it didn't know the current UI, and its settings tools don't cover this. First it told me it couldn't be done.
In the end, the only way to find the answer was to have Claude reverse-engineer the app's own bundled JavaScript. That showed the panel is the "session rail", toggled by the first icon in the session header, and that hiding it also hides context usage.
A user shouldn't need to decompile the app to learn how to close a panel. Please:
- Mention UI layout changes (and how to toggle them) in release notes.
- Give the in-app Claude access to current UI docs, so it can answer "how do I hide X" for the version I'm running.
- Show a short tooltip or first-run hint when a new panel appears.
Environment: Claude desktop 2.37337.1 (Windows 11, MSIX), Code tab.
