Bug Description
Bug report, Claude desktop app (Mac), Code tab Feedback prompt lets you rate a session but not describe the problem or share it When the desktop app shows the session rating prompt, you can only give a score. There is no proper way to: describe what actually went wrong in your own words; attach or share the session transcript with the rating; point at the specific messages or agents where it went wrong. So a rating is all that reaches you, without the context needed to act on it. To report a real problem from the desktop app, I had to fork the session in the terminal CLI (claude --resume <id> --fork-session) and run /feedback there. The desktop Code tab gives no equivalent: /feedback and other terminal-dialog commands aren’t available, and the assistant itself has no tool to submit feedback. Expected: when I give a rating in the desktop app, especially a low one, offer a feedback form that has: a free-text field for what happened; an option to attach the current session transcript, including subagent and workflow transcripts; optionally, a way to mark the messages or agents involved. Sending it should not require leaving the desktop app.
