Desktop app: mic button now sits where Send used to be

Send used to be the last button on the right of the message box, and the mic sat on the left next to +, with the other input buttons. Now the mic is the last button on the right and Send is second to last. Inputs (+, mic) belong together on the left; Send is what you press when you're done, so it belongs at the end. Every user's hand still goes to the far right, so you finish a long prompt, click it, look away, and come back a minute later to find nothing sent because the app has been recording you the whole time.

Cost: Send is the most-clicked button in the app, and it now sits in a spot that makes no sense, next to a button that starts recording.

Fix: put the mic back next to + and Send back at the far right, or let users hide the mic.
