[Bug] Model inference quality degradation - Sonnet making poor decisions

Bug Description
Claude is really stupid tonight. I don't know what is wrong with the inferrence but I keep thinking I'm stuck on Haiku because Sonnet stumbles around and makes shortsighted choices. Its like August all over again.
