[BUG] Desktop app browser pane cannot fill a file input; the native upload dialog blocks the agent

Product: Claude desktop app, Code tab, built-in browser pane (mcp__Claude_Browser__* tools).
Machine: MacBook Air M1, macOS 27.0.
Steps:
- Open a WordPress admin page in the browser pane, for example
wp-admin/theme-install.php?upload. - Ask the agent to upload a local zip into
input#themezip.
Expected: The agent sets the file on the input and continues.
Actual:
- The pane has no tool to set a file on an
<input type="file">. - A click on the input opens the native macOS open panel.
- The agent cannot see or control that panel. AppleScript reaches it only sometimes.
- The agent stops until I pick the file by hand. On 19 Sep 2026 this happened 3 times in one deploy.
Workaround today: I deploy through Claude in Chrome, which has file_upload. That needs a second
browser, a separate login, and the right Chrome profile. Today my staging login had expired in
Chrome, and the deploy stopped until I logged in again.
