"Add from GitHub" missing in chat and Projects, GitHub works in Claude Code

What were you trying to do?
Plan: Pro (personal account)
GitHub Integration shows "GitHub account connected" and the Claude GitHub App is installed on my personal account (tepsl7). My repository is visible and works in Claude Code (claude.ai/code).
However, the "Add from GitHub" option does not appear in the + menu in regular chats, and there is no GitHub option for adding files in Projects (tested in a private, unshared project).
"Add from GitHub" should appear in the chat + menu, and GitHub should be available when adding files to a Project.
What happened instead?
the option is missing in both chat and Projects, while the same repository works in Claude Code.
