Desktop: dictation overlay leaves a large empty area above the transcribed text

While dictating in the Claude Code desktop app, the prompt box grows and the transcribed text sits at the bottom. A large empty area stays above it until dictation ends. It looks broken, and it wastes space on smaller screens.

Request: let the dictation text fill the box from the top, or shrink the box to the text. Optionally, expose a "dictating" state to plugins/mods, so a mod can adapt its band above the prompt.
