[BUG] Task chips from spawn_task don't show up in the Claude mobile app

Summary

When Claude suggests a side task with spawn_task in a Desktop Code-tab session, the chip only appears in the Desktop app. Following the same session from the Claude mobile app, the chip isn't there at all, so I can't see or start the task from my phone. Claude's reply says it created a task card, but the phone shows nothing.

Environment

• Windows 11 Pro 10.0.26340, Claude Desktop 2.37337.1 (Code tab), Claude Code 2.1.295
• Claude iOS app v1.261007.20 (37720259229), iOS 27

Steps to reproduce

1. In a Desktop Code-tab session, get Claude to call spawn_task (in my case it wrote a plan file and suggested running it in a new session).
2. In the Desktop app, the chip shows up with its start button.
3. Open the same session in the mobile app.

Expected

The chip shows on mobile and can be started from there. If starting a local session from the phone isn't supported, at least a card that says the task is waiting on the Desktop app.

Actual

No chip, placeholder or start action in the mobile app. Only Claude's text mentions the card.
